Ring Contest

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Dream Jewelers Engagement Ring Giveaway (“Contest”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Dream Jewelers, as well as individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Dream Jewelers reserves the right to modify or end the Contest early at its sole discretion.

Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible for consideration.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form or survey provided by Dream Jewelers during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Dream Jewelers.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 store credit toward the purchase of an engagement ring at Dream Jewelers.

The prize credit must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date the prize is awarded. Any unused portion remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The prize credit may not be applied toward prior purchases, repairs, loose diamonds, financing balances, special orders, or discounted/sale merchandise unless approved by Dream Jewelers management.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days after the close of the Contest.

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Dream Jewelers reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

7. Use of Personal Information

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Dream Jewelers for purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the prize.

Participants also agree to receive future promotional, marketing, and event communications from Dream Jewelers. Participants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

Dream Jewelers will not sell or knowingly share entrant personal information with unaffiliated third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest or as otherwise required by law.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Dream Jewelers to use the winner’s name, likeness, photographs, video, voice, city of residence, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Dream Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Dream Jewelers is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, nor for technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dream Jewelers and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Dream Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by Dream Jewelers, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Dream Jewelers is dedicated to helping customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments through exceptional jewelry, personalized service, and lasting craftsmanship.
